how bad did this date go?

basically i was invited by this girl i like to go to a place that makes pottery so i could make my own design. little did i know that she brought a friend who would constantly be talking bad about EVERYONE the staff at the pot place, and the waiter at the lunch place, ect. after we finished the pots it turned out to be $32 and i was 4 dollars short and had to call my dad to drop off more money, which came at a bad time cause they were hungry. then we went to a sushi place and i didn’t eat cause i dont like susi. oh and to top it all off the day was completly akward and we only had a couple times were we all talked fluently. how bad was this date do u think the other girl is talking crap about me?

Sounds like it went bad, but the girl might be more embarrassed that her friend was so unpleasant and that her date idea went badly. There is still a chance for it to work out. joke about the last date not going so well (briefly, in a fun, not over-the-top way) and ask her if you can both go on a more romantic date and try it again,.
