I like cooking in a clay pot instead of aluminum. I've tried in brown rice and soup and both are excellent. Moisture does not collect in the rubber seal of the outer container lid, so make sure that it is completely dry before it be. I am very careful in dealing with the clay pot. It seems like it could become brittle and the instructions warn against extreme temperatures.

I received this product as a gift and I love it! Stews are easy. Cut just press a few vegetables and meat, broth and They "stew". In four hours it is perfect. This machine is really hard cheap cuts of meat into tender stews and soups.

The rice cooks much better than the cheaper rice cooker I have. Not a "crunchy" rice at the bottom of the pot.

There is something about the tone, the kitchen cooks the food more evenly. It is also very easy to clean. There are many other features of this stove is that I (not yet explored the product comes with a cookbook), but even if it is only of rice and stew I would say It was an excellent buy!
