How do I know if the artifacts that I found nothing worth Jordanian desert in?
They are basically just pieces in the northern Jordan Part. I also have half an oil lamp made of ceramic. Are they worth anything?
It needs to be examined by an archaeologist. You have the composition of the clay and to determine if there are no designs on the type of color, etc. Chances are if you did not dig them up, they are more than 100 years old. Do it in a not take the field? If not, it's probably some modern rubbish. I have a Bedouin necklace with silver beads that may or may not be ancient, but there was it restrung with modern materials, it is not so much value. My joy is that this piece truly representative of a culture that has all but disappeared. No one can tell me it does not have historical value.
