Pottery must "fit in an oven to be burned for it" for use in human consumption?
I've noticed that all the sound I look in the trades, etc, is marked as unsuitable for use in human consumption, although many also as "non toxic" (???). Is there a special type of sound, "fit" for use with food or it is the furnace combustion process makes it safe, or what? I mean, I do not think that indigenous peoples had access to kilns and glazes, as they were with their pots (?)… So, I'm a little confused here …
It needs to be replaced water-based clay and fired, I do not know if some look of clay, are not you in polymer clay, or others. Unglazed pottery is not as suitable for food, regarded as the liquids seep from the food in the clay. What is long term, not hygienic, but that is something not to fear the people that much about in the past. Then the glaze is food must be safe. Acid Food items can leach from glazes, so that when these toxic elements are not food safe. With'll still you do not die immediately, but is not good for you in the long run.
