How do I clean an unglazed piece of pottery, so I can eat off of it?
I have just returned from Honduras, CA, and bought this really nice pottery Piece. Basically it is a pot that you coal or set fire and then a bowl above it. The heat is melting cheese, or beans for Dips used. because it happened in another country, it needs to be remediated, plus I'm curious as to clean it after use. It is a brown color and is not glazed. How would They go about cleaning this piece, so that you can eat it for you?
I would say it is dishwasher safe. Maybe: P
