Painting my kitchen table. What is the best kind of paint?
We paint our kitchen table black. I try to copy anything Pottery Barn I looked in. The table is an inexpensive white from Walmart, legs and chairs, wood top and seats. what kind of paint works best? I do not want all glossy, I think maybe I would almost an antique or a matte finish. I am at a loss with this stuff!
As a painter, I would say use satin finish because property is not to be washable, and half is not to end on a high gloss. If you own a lesser glory and also want to use is washable, the eggshell the matte surface. They always give a few more layers of black that can leave brush marks.
