What is the useful thing, baby or yourself, have received a baby shower?

I have a baby shower next month, friends & I will useful, but get her things at the same time unique. I have checked Pottery Barn & so … someone other good websites to check out? I'm on a basket of planning this misc. Baby goods (soap, diapers, bottles, etc. ..), but also accused with that in some beautiful things. Any suggestions for something Nice for new mother. Spa certificates, etc.-they are just not into that stuff. Thank you for your help!
