Hi, I need help with my kitchen color scheme?
Can someone help me? We have a large, modern kitchen with beech cabinets boxy Ikea and chrome handles. All our appliances are chrome plated. We have real terracotta floor tiles in an orange tone and pale mottled Peachy rustic wall tiles. I have a golden Oak colored rustic farm table and a Welsh dresser shaker in the kitchen. I collect blue Polish Pottery with a few dark terracotta bits and sour cream on them, on the Display in the chest. I'm trying to find a wall color and Roman blinds or other treatment, the windows will coordinate the traditional furniture and modern kitchens and Chrome. We have also overlooked white wooden blinds in the three windows, as we are, but I want some substance to add them. All the lines of the tiles mean on the wall, floor and blinds, the kitchen is visually very busy already. I can not really add more lines with stripey fabric on the windows, but I think the room looks even less soul now. Can someone help me, the warmth and blue?
Id paint the walls a light gray, Williams has only a hint of blue in him, Sherwin, "Krypton". For the windows, id use a substance in a blind Roman terracotta color.
