If I my community service on the application?

I save that for some like the company on foot, Banana Republic, Eddie Bauer and Pottery Barn. I have that I worked at a business in which they ask professional practice. But since I'm 17 thats really the only job I've had. But I have tons of community service. I covered the civil service descriptions in my CV, which I stapled to the application. If I did not even list in work experience or? I think it seems silly and unprofessional. What do you think?
